Last Wednesday, two leading nutritionists gave a seminar to Sixth year students on how to optimize their performance and overall health through nutrition and sleep. Tom Coleman and Jeeny Maltese are the co-founders of My Nutrition Ireland, and have worked with elite athletes, world class coaches, brand leaders in business and teams from a wide variety of Sports. Tom is a specialist in Health, Performance and Recovery. Tom also works with professional rugby players and leading international businesses.
Jeeny and Tom taught the students how to prepare a number of nutritious, easy to prepare meals. Overall, the students found it very interesting and we hope it will be of huge benefit to them when they move away from home.
