Taekwondo Training

Transition Year students had a taster session of Taekwondo last week, learning the basic moves involved in the ancient martial art. It builds self-confidence, develops excellent all round fitness, improves co-ordination significantly and increases flexibility. From the training involved, mental discipline, motivation, determination and patience is developed. The students loved the course. Many thanks to the trainer Jan for his work with the students.
