The CBS Roscommon enjoyed an action-packed Mental Health week recently. Miss Reale gave a number of workshops on the ways to wellbeing, and the simple actions they can do in your everyday life to feel good and function well. The five ways she addressed included the ability to connect with others, being active on a regular basis, having a growth mindset attitude towards learning, taking notice of themselves and others around them, and giving to others. It was a fantastic week, and students were energised after the workshops. Many thanks to Ms Reale for organising.
