Christmas came a week early to the CBS Edmund Rice Centre as the students and staff prepared and enjoyed their annual Christmas Dinner last Tuesday. The pleasant aroma of turkey cooking wafted through the air students prepared the delicious Christmas feast. The boys learned how to cook a Christmas Dinner from scratch and discovered the importance of preparation, timing and presentation throughout the day. Finally, they produced a fabulous meal which was enjoyed by students and teachers of the Edmund Rice Centre. Some of the TY and Fifth Year students made guest appearances dressed as Santa and his helpers to add to the festive atmosphere. A huge well done to all for a wonderful afternoon!
