Music Generation Workshop

Transition Year students last week participated in a hands-on drumming workshop, creating  energetic music and beats as a group . Mobile Music tutor Paul worked with the students to ensure that the sessions were interactive and engaging, and helped to create an environment that was relaxing and open for every student to express themselves. Students thoroughly enjoyed the session. Many thanks to Mr Griffith for organising.

TYs Commence cycling course

Last Thursday CBS Roscommon TY student commenced Cycle Safety course given by Noel Feeley of Roscommon Sports Partnership.  The aim of the course is to teach students about road safety – rules for cycling such as hand signals and road positioning.  It will also prepare students for cycling to Roosky.  Next week most of the students hope to cycle to Roosky which is about 40 km […]
